I would definitely recommend this holiday. The location is good. If you like to walk the beach is nearby, or by car you have Filey and Scarborough to visit. The Cutter style house we stayed in was very nice and had clean linen, always something you worry about.

Lovely resort, ideally situated. Great pub on site with good "pub grub" and live entertainment. Will definitely return. Will be even better when the pool/spa is finished.

Excellent location, easy acces to the beach and other surrounding towns. Great accommodation, modern, clean and pretty with lots of space. Helpful and friendly staff made a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay due to the excellent location, being so close to towns like Whitby and Scarborough. We also found the accommodation to be of the best quality we have stayed in, and was amazed at the value for money. I would definitely recommend taking the short walk to the beautiful Filey Beach, and then stopping off at the parks very own pub/restaurant where they do a fab sunday roast (also at great value for money!!) We will be returning!
